Download suggested books read them take notes then apply, listen to complimentary podcasts by leading experts “link here “Go to online and in-person seminars, online learning platforms there are many of them, be coached and or learn from others that have been coached and collaborate shared learnings with your peers. Sometimes you may require Jason engagement. 

The best you can do is to practice and then practice some more and take notes what worked and learn from what didn’t.
