I’m Jason Cooper—a Sales Relationship Coach, High-Performance Trainer, podcast host, ultra-marathon runner, athletics coach, and someone who believes deeply in the power of potential. Professionally and personally, I’m obsessed with growth. I’ve worked with global corporations and agile SMEs across multiple industries, always with one clear mission:

What Drives Me
I started running ultra-marathons in my late 40s—not for the medals, but to explore my own potential and resilience. I bring that same energy to my work. Coaching athletics in my spare time gives me the same fulfilment as coaching sales teams—it’s all about seeing people stretch, strive, and succeed beyond what they thought was possible.
